Shri V Satya Venkata Rao श्री वी सत्य वेंकट राव

Mr. V Satya Venkata Rao has more than 29 years of working experience in two All India Financial Institutions. He is a Post Graduate in Law with distinction of securing a Gold Medal from Andhra University in Masters of Law. He has handled several critical matters in areas such as Legal, Human Resource, Corporate Communications, etc. Shri Rao has participated in International Conferences in London and Beijing. He has spent considerable time in the areas of legal matters with special emphasis on recovery through legal route and has been successful in resolution of huge NPAs.

Mr Rao has functioned as a Nominee Director on the Boards of several listed and non-listed Companies. He has also served as a Director on the Boards of Venture Capital Real Estate Companies and Societies registered under the Societies Registration Act.

श्री वी. सत्य वेंकट राव के पास दो अखिल भारतीय वित्तीय संस्थानों में कार्य का 29 वर्षों का अनुभव है. वे विधि परास्नातक हैं तथा उन्होंने आंध्र विश्विधायलय से सुवर्ण पदक के साथ परास्नातक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है. उन्होोँने विधि , मानव संसाधन विकास , कॉरपोरेट कम्युनिकेशन्स , इत्यादि विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में उत्तरदायित्वों का निर्वहन किया है. श्री राव ने लंदन तथा बीजींग में आयोजित त अंतरायष्ट्रीय सम्मेलनों में भाग लिया है. श्री राव ने विधिक मार्ग से वसूली पर विशेष रूप से कार्य करते हुए विधिक मामलों के निस्तारण का विशाल अनुभव प्राप्त किया है तथा अनेक बडी राशी की अनर्जक आस्तियों की वसूली में योगदान दिया है.

श्री राव अनेक सूचीबद्ध तथा ग़ैर सचूीबद्ध कंपनियों में नामिती निदेशक रहे हैं. वे उध्धम पूंजी , रियल एस्टेट तथा सोसाइटीज अधिनियम के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत सोसायरटयों के निदेशक मंडल के सदस्य भी रह चुके हैं.
